- High-quality materials：The 50A55-843 furnace control board uses a high-Tg FR-4 substrate (Tg≥170℃), with a glass transition temperature far exceeding ordinary substrates. It withstands long-term operating temperatures of 80-100℃ and resists deformation or delamination within the wide temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃. The substrate’s coefficient of thermal expansion (≤15ppm/℃ in X/Y directions) is highly matched with the copper foil, effectively offsetting thermal stress from temperature cycles and preventing solder joint cracking. It also has a thermal conductivity of ≥0.5W/(m·K) for fast heat dissipation and local overheating prevention
