- Uses: Italian Large Leaf Basil is a staple in Italian dishes and is the perfect herb when making pesto sauces. Italian Basil produces larger leaves compared to most other basils.
- Growth: This Basil variety is an annual herb that grows to a mature height of roughly 12 to 24 inches tall and can spread about 12 to 15 inches wide.
- Indoors / Outdoors: Basil herb plants like seen above do not take up much space. They are easily grown inside for an indoor herb garden. They can also be planted directly in the garden as well.
