This type B camlock (Cam and Groove) fitting reducer has a female camlock quick connect coupling on one side and a male NPT theads on the other side. The female camlock side of this coupler will only attach to a male camlock. The male threaded side will connect to and female NPT (National Pipe Tapered) threaded pipe. The body of this cam and groove fitting reducer is made of aluminum. Aluminum cam lock fittings are lightweight and are corrosion and abrasion resistant. This fitting’s seal is made of NBR (Buna-N) rubber. Buna-N seals are resistant to fuel, oil, and other chemicals. These cam and groove fittings reducer are suitable for use with water, hydraulic oils, coolants, gasoline, and other petroleum products. These Type BR cam and groove fitting reducer is made to quickly connect or disconnect. They comply with commercial item description A-A-59326D for quick disconnect fittings.
