Dyson DC41 Cyclonic Assembly

The Dyson DC41 Cyclonic Assembly 923597-01, spins dirt and fine dust particles in the cyclone chambers to separate them from the air. This allows more debris to be deposited into the clear bin so that less matter goes to the filter. Included with this Cyclonic Assembly is the pre-filter.

An airtight seal sits between the DC41 Cyclonic assembly and the clear bin. This keeps all of the dirt and debris the vacuum has collected inside, without a way to escape unless the latch is released.

To replace the DC41 Cyclone follow these steps:

• Turn off and unplug your vacuum
• Remove the Clear Bin and Cyclonic assembly from the vacuum
• Turn the Cyclonic Assembly on its side so that the red bar is facing upward
• Push on the bin base release button and keep it depressed
• This will expose a silver button that when pushed will release the clear bin from the Cyclonic Assembly
• Line up the new Cyclonic and push it into place
• The clear bin and cyclone can be reinstalled on to your DC41
