Product Description Tegaderm HP Transparent Film Dressings are transparent I.V. dressings which are more adherent in moist conditions than standard 3M transparent dressings. From the Manufacturer 3M™Tegaderm™ HP Film Dressing Frame Style 9534HP is a transparent film dressing designed for protecting skin and wound sites, and securing devices to skin even in the presence of moderate amounts of moisture. The dressing is made of a film backing with a non-latex, hypoallergenic adhesive. Its breathable transparent film allows good oxygen and moisture vapor exchange, provides continuous site observation, conforms to body contours to prevent stress on skin and improve patient comfort, all while providing a waterproof, sterile barrier to external contaminants including liquids, bacteria and viruses.* The picture-frame design allows quick and accurate application without touching the adhesive.A versatile dressing, it can be used to cover and protect catheter sites and wounds, as a secondary dressing, as a protective cover over at-risk skin, to secure devices to the skin, to cover first and second degree burns. The dressing can also be used for many other applications including I.V.s, chronic wounds, acute wounds, and skin protection. 9534HP offers greater holding power in addition to all the attributes of standard Tegaderm dressings.* This dressing also features a convenient, pre-printed document label to note dressing changes.
